This is the first time for the hottest Korean K-Pop group BIGBANG come to Sydney Australia as their part of world tour.  With overwhelming interest of the fans, all tickets were sold out in 2 hours during the official sale. The promoter of the BIGBANG 2015 WORLD TOUR [MADE] IN SYDNEY, are honored to announce that one more show will be added to Sydney stop for all Sydney VIPs. The additional show will be held on October 18 (Sunday), at Allphones Arena Sydney Olympic Park.  BIGBANG will be the first Korean K-Pop group who successfully hold two consecutive shows in Sydney!

 

Ticket sales for 2nd show : August 12, Wednesday, 12noon.

VIP Package Terms and Conditions:

  • Ticket Limit of 4 VIP Packages per person applies

  • Please note that you will be contacted via email approximately one week prior to show date with details about our package elements.

  • Any enquiries about your package can be directed to: info@awardentertainment.com.au

  • All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

  • NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.

  • NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances.

  • If applicable, merchandise item/s will be available for pick-up the night of the show.

  • Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorise access into the venue or backstage areas


 

What does Pre-sale tickets means?

A presale typically occurs a few days or weeks before tickets go on sale to the general public. A percentage of all tickets for the event are made available during the presale.

 

Who can purchase pre-sale tickets?

                Pre-sale is only for Award Entertainment Global Club members or Live Nation members (12noon, AUG 5 to 5pm, AUG 6) and Ticketek members (12noon, AUG 7 to 5pm, AUG 9).

 

How to become an Award Entertainment Global Club member or a Live Nation member?

Register at www.awardentertainment.com.au or www.livenation.com.au.

 

How to purchase Pre-sale tickets?

1)      During Pre-sale period, a link will be provided to members.

2)      Members need to logon at www.awardentertainment.com.au or www.livenation.com.au to access this link.

3)      Follow the link to purchase the pre-sale tickets.

 

Refund, exchange and replacement?

1)      Ticketek will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Ticketek does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.

2)      If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by Award Entertainment Global all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Ticketek will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.

3)      Ticketek will only replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before the event. Ticketek may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets. Ticketek may not replace tickets where seating is unallocated (general admission tickets).

 

Variations to performances or events

Award Entertainment Global reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.

Fee Information

For
this event, a one-off service/delivery fee from $6.60 per transaction
applies on all purchases. The actual service/delivery fee may vary
depending on the venue and method of delivery selected, or where you add
other items to your basket.

A
payment processing fee of 1.95% applies to all purchases made by credit
or debit card and is included in the price. A payment processing fee
does not apply for purchases made through Ticketek agents or outlets
when using cash, or when redeeming a Ticketek Gift Voucher.

A 1 cent variation may occur on your price per ticket/item due to rounding.

All ticket/item prices include GST, if applicable, and are quoted in AU$.

Ticket orders purchased by credit/debit card are subject to credit/debit card approval and customer account verification.
